National Pollutant Inventory Conference 2008 - 10 years of NPI: Tracking pollution across Australia

Welcome to the National Pollutant Inventory (NPI) Conference 2008.

The NPI contains 10 years of data on the emission of pollutants from industrial and non-industrial sources across Australia. The information is freely and publicly available. Now, more than ever, a data set of this size can be critical in supporting informed decision making processes at an environmental and economic level.

Underpinning the 10 years of NPI data are various themes:

Speakers will present on these themes, drawing from an array of examples and real world case studies.

Program

Thursday 22 May 2008: Registration will commence from 8.00am, with the conference opening at 9.30am. A networking event will be held from 5pm.

Friday 23 May 2008: The conference will commence at 9.00am, and conclude at 4.00pm.

An agenda, list of abstracts and delegate information sheet for the NPI conference is now available. These are subject to change.
