The Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) to the National Pollutant Inventory was formed in March 1997 to recommend substances for inclusion on the NPI. The Panel produced a report which was released together with the draft NEPM at the commencement of the consultation period in June 1997.
The TAP Report is available online. If you are interested in a hard copy of the TAP report, it is available through various libraries across Australia. It is also available through the Department of the Environment and Heritage Library.
